One of the best series to watch in your rest time is Chernobyl, it is a drama which tell about the nuclear accident in Ukraine in 1986, I believe that Chernobyl is nice because you learn history, for example the cold war's context, lies and conspiracy between Soviet Union and United States. I am sure that you will not be disappointed if you watch it. In addition the cast is experienced and has famous names like Emily Watson
ReplyDeleteFrom this list of series, I really like Peaky Blinders. I have watched “13 Reasons Why” and “Game of Thrones” too. However, my favourite is Peaky Blinders.
ReplyDeleteWe could watch it on TV because it is aired on BBC1 which is a channel available without paying or having any account. I would recommend it to my flatmates because it only has 4 seasons and the fifth will be released this spring. It is so entertaining because of its plot which is very hooking. The series is primarily set in Birmingham several months after the World War I.
In my opinion, this is the first series that we should watch at home.
On my free time, which is eating or at night, I usually watch a series.
ReplyDeleteFor weeks now, I have been watching the series called “Peaky Blinders” on Netflix. It takes place after the war on England and is focus in a little mafia of gambling that will expanding up to the horse races. Peaky Blinders is a drama too because love is an important part of the serie.
Also, Peaky Blinders has 4 seasons so it is relatively short but each episode lasts 1 hour.
I have a Netflix account, which I share with my mom, but there is the possibility that 4 people share an account, so If I can’t watch the series one day my flatmate could watch it and I can catch up with her when I have free time, so If one has to travel it doesn’t matter because we can see the series on two screens.

Watching TV series is a great way to spend your time when you have nothing to do or you are bored. I love watching TV series, but I am very choosy at the time of choosing what to watch. Despite this, I have recently found out a TV show which I am mad with!
ReplyDeleteIt is called ‘’The Handmaid's tale’’. It is about a dystopian society that treats women as property of the state, forcing many into sexual servitude to repopulate a devastated world. It might sound a little bit strange, but I assure you that it is one of the best TV shows I have ever watched.
Since I started watching it, it has been horrible to wait a week until the new chapter of the week releases. That happens because the plot is plenty of drama, mystery and romance. It has all the characteristics that a good TV show must have!
If you ever feel bored or you find yourself searching what to watch and you don’t find anything much interesting, give a chance to ‘’The handmaid's tale’’, you won’t regret it!

However, everyone has different preferences. I love comedy shows and I red a new one, what about of seeing it?
It's called Good Omens. It is about an angel and a demon working together in order to avoid the end of the world because the apocalypse is coming.
The series has just started so is going to be easy not to be losing.
It is airing weekly on Amazon Prime (don't worry, I have got an account)

I am not the typical person who is addicted to the series, because I prefer reality shows and contests.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite TV show is The x Factor. The first time I saw it was in 2010 when I was only 9 years old. It is a singing contest in which the winners become real pop stars, and by the way there I met my favorite group that was One Direction. I love watching that program, and those people who achieve their dreams by singing.
And if I have to choose a series, it would be Strangers Things. Stranger Things is an American series created by the Duffer Brothers. The show takes place in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana in 1980s. The first season revolves around the disappearance of Will Byers, while the second season explores the repercussions of the mysterious events of season 1. The upcoming third season will be focusing on forces of evil that are new, and I'm looking forward to seeing it.
My favourite TV series is The Simpsons is an american animated sitcom that depicted the working-class life from a happy point of view.
ReplyDeleteFrom the very first time you will empathise with this family. Homer, the father maybe could be the most crazy character, specially if we think about his age. Normally fathers are responsables and look after his childrens but is not the fact. Marge quite the opposite is the calm, good listener, comprehensive and she is who join together the family. Bart is the older child and without a doubt is a yob who committed all prank larks that you could ever imagine. Lisa, is the older sister, she is so responsible and good student, unlike her brother. I have to recognise that she is my favourite character, her vitality and her intentions to do something important for the other is worthy of respect. Finally, Maguie is the youngest, she never get old, she is a little baby since I have memory, but she live crazy moments too.
This family lives very funny and crazy situations that will help you to forget your busy and stressed day with the power of laugh.
Besides, if someday you can not see an episode do not worry, you can find it on internet and even on TV at Neox.

ReplyDeleteDuring January I was watching the TV series “Peaky Blinders” on netflix, so I recommend it because when you are lying whatching the TV, to watch a series is the best plan you can do.
Peaky Blinders is a very interesting series because it give us an idea about what life was like in the 20’s, and how people didn’t have too much money, so they had to work on illegal jobs.
From my point of view, I think that this series is very interesting because it is about poverty, fraud, and sometimes sadness, but also about love, and sometimes you have a laugh...
So if you are bored, this is the best series you could watch on your free time. In addition, I could lend my flatmates my account to watch it.
We are in exam time and the stress is our partner so when we arrive home we want only relax. In my opinion the best way to clear our mind is a good series and I know the perfect one.
ReplyDeleteIt is called “La casa de papel” and is Spanish, but don’t worry, we can see it with subtitles and by this way you can learn some of Spanish.
The plot of the series is so interesting. It is a group of thieves that take “La Casa de la Moneda” with hostages and they start to make money.
There is a leader that is called Professor and the other members of the group have country names because they can’t share their identities between them. Professor is out of the establishment and he is controlling the police, the situation, sending orders, etc. In short the series simulates the big robbery of the history.
I think you will enjoy the series,so, when we start to see it?
